User Agreement
Effective date: January 29, 2026
1. Scope and Acceptance
This User Agreement sets out the terms under which hotelpice delivers services and organises events. By accessing our services or participating in any event arranged by us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not accept any provision of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of our services.
2. Booking and Reservation Process
Event bookings are handled in accordance with the procedure below:
- Requests are submitted via email or telephone
- A reservation is considered confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the selected package price has been received
- To ensure availability, bookings should be made at least 14 days before the planned event date
- The outstanding balance must be paid no later than 3 days prior to the event
3. Cancellations and Changes
The following conditions apply to cancellations and date modifications:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event qualify for a full refund of the deposit
- Cancellations submitted between 7 and 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% deposit refund
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable
- Requests to reschedule an event may be accommodated by hotelpice, subject to availability and mutual agreement
4. Participation Guidelines
All guests and participants are required to observe the following rules during events:
- Games and activities are provided strictly for entertainment purposes
- No real money is involved; all chips, tokens, or credits have no monetary value
- In the event of disputes, decisions made by dealers or event staff are final
- Respectful and appropriate conduct toward staff and other guests is mandatory
hotelpice reserves the right to deny participation or remove any individual who fails to comply with these guidelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hotelpice shall not be held responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings not under direct supervision of event staff
- Outcomes resulting from unsafe, improper, or disruptive behaviour by participants
- Delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including force majeure circumstances
6. Personal Data Handling
Any personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR. Full details regarding data usage and individual rights are outlined in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the website—including text, graphics, logos, images, layouts, and software—is the property of hotelpice or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised reproduction, use, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Amendments and Governing Law
hotelpice reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
Matters not expressly covered by this Agreement are governed by the applicable laws of Greece.
